As a passionate, global-thinking Real Estate Investor I am constantly looking for the best opportunities to invest in Properties. With Aparthotel.com I am building an All-In-One Global Real Estate Platform, where people can analyse, rent or invest in properties. Additionally I help Investors with comparing the best financing options as well as give detailed Consultation on the buying process for Real Estate Investments around the world.
2021 I started my Real Estate Investment journey by buying small Multi Family Homes in the Heidelberg Germany area. Within 3 years I scaled my portfolio to 16 rental units (7 of them are Short term Rentals). I am passionate about short term rentals however realised that buying one to two Multi Family Homes a year is just not exciting enough and also not the best way to scale my business, since the more income don’t justify the more liabilities and problems that come with owning properties. I have then realised that Aparthotels are the most efficient way to scale my Short term rental portfolio. So in 2024 I decided to start my Aparthotel journey by planning my first Aparthotel in Mallorca, Spain. The building will be complete by 2026 and I am looking forward to rent it out on this website.
