This page explains what personal data we handle when you use aparthotel.com. The site is operated by Gorlomi Ventures LLC, 3833 Powerline Road, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, United States (phone +1 929 498 4860), which is responsible for this data.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and any special requests, plus the booking details (property, dates, price).
• When you contact support: your messages and email address.
• If you create an account: your email address, optional name, the stays you save and the searches you save. There is no password; we email you a one-time sign-in link.
• If you tick the box for price alerts and travel ideas: that choice, when you made it and the wording you agreed to.
• Technical data needed to run the site securely, such as IP address in server logs.

We do not collect or store card details. Payment is handled entirely in our booking partner's secure payment form.

Why

To make and manage your booking, send booking emails (confirmation, receipt, pre-arrival information, cancellation, and a request to review your stay), answer support requests, and prevent fraud. With your consent only, we email price drops on stays and searches you saved, one reminder if you leave a checkout unfinished, and occasional travel ideas. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can switch it off in your account. If an email bounces or is marked as spam, we stop sending marketing to that address.

Who processes it

• LiteAPI (Nuitée) — booking and payment processing, as merchant of record; your booking details are shared with the property.
• Supabase — database hosting.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — sending emails.
• DataFast and BusinessMCP — privacy-friendly website analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate location) to understand how the site is used.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the sign-in and booking-lookup forms.

How long

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Support conversations are kept for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows, by contacting us through the Help page.
