How booking works

1. Live prices

When you enter dates on a property page, we check live availability with our booking partner, LiteAPI (Nuitée). Prices on city pages marked "from" are cached and show the date they were checked; the live price for your dates is what counts.

2. We hold the rate

When you select a rate, we confirm it with the property's supplier. If the price has changed since you searched, we show you the new total and you must confirm it before going further. We never charge an amount you haven't seen.

3. Secure payment

You pay in a secure payment form provided by our partner, who is the merchant of record. Your card details go directly to the payment provider; aparthotel.com never sees or stores them. Local taxes payable at the property, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

4. Instant confirmation

Your booking is confirmed straight away and your confirmation email includes your booking reference. A few days before arrival we email the check-in details we have for the property.

5. Changes and cancellation

Go to My trip, enter your email and booking reference, and we'll send you a one-time code. You can then see your booking and cancel it yourself. If a cancellation fee applies, it is shown before you confirm.
