What does it cost to join?
Nothing. No setup fee, subscription, minimum term or exclusivity. We earn a commission only on direct bookings we bring you, after an introductory period with no commission at all.
Do I have to change my channel manager or PMS?
No. Connect with a calendar link (iCal) from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or your PMS, manage rates and availability in our calendar, or connect through Channex to sync rates and availability with the OTAs you already use.
How do guests pay, and when am I paid?
Guests pay us in full at booking through Stripe. We pay your share to your bank through Stripe Connect the day after check-in, and send a monthly statement.
What if my calendar link stops working?
We check it every hour. If it can't be read for six hours, we pause sales until it works again and email you — so you are never double-booked because of a broken feed.
What is the Ownership Membership add-on?
