aparthotel.com Ownership Membership Contract

1. Parties

Gorlomi Ventures LLC ("aparthotel.com") and [member] <[email]> ("Member").

2. Price and payment

Membership price: [price] [currency], paid in full in one payment by card, bank debit or bank transfer through Stripe. Booking rights start once the payment has cleared.

3. Annual service fee

From the first anniversary of activation, the Member pays an annual service fee of [x]% of the membership price ([amount] [currency] per year), invoiced by Stripe. While the fee is unpaid, new weeks cannot be booked.

4. Booking weeks

Weeks are booked in the member calendar, [n] to [n] days ahead, subject to availability of the committed units. Weeks start on [weekday]. Peak weeks: [as stated for the property]. The entitlement renews on each anniversary of activation; unused weeks do not roll over.

5. Gifting and resale

A booked week may be gifted to another person or offered to other members on the aparthotel.com marketplace. The whole membership may be resold to another person on the marketplace; aparthotel.com charges the seller a fee of 2.5% of the resale price. There is no guarantee of a buyer or of any resale price, and no price guidance is given.

6. If the property leaves the programme

If the partner property stops honouring memberships, aparthotel.com will offer an equivalent property in the same city or a pro-rata credit for stays booked through aparthotel.com, at the Member's choice.

7. Cooling-off

The Member may cancel within 14 days of signing for a full refund of amounts paid, provided no week has been used.

8. Governing law

This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
