What guests say

Most praised

Modern accommodation with parking and EV charging
Good parking and storage for prams/bikes/skis
Pool available and was heated to 32°C on request (works well for children)
Tastefully furnished rooms, good views and large terraces
Useful for ski stays; contact persons reported reachable by some guests

Most criticised

Furnishings feel very cheap (below IKEA level) and bathrooms are spartan
Poor room lighting and insufficient wardrobe/storage (problematic for ski gear)
Severe service failure during a 16-hour power outage; poor problem handling and attempted suppression of negative review with a small refund
Small sauna and pool (not as pictured); strong chlorine smell and sauna privacy concerns (transparent door)
Rough wooden floors problematic for babies; heating for ski clothes could be better
