Getting around Geneva

Geneva Airport is linked to the main station, Cornavin, by Swiss Federal Railways trains in around six minutes. Bus 10 runs every 15 minutes between about 06:00 and 23:00, according to Wikivoyage. Geneva Tourism and tpg describe a free digital Geneva Transport Card for guests of accommodation in the city, a category that Geneva Tourism's host page extends to serviced accommodation. According to tpg, it covers buses, trams, trains and the Mouettes Genevoises shuttle boats in zone 10 for the duration of the stay.

Public transport is run by TPG with buses, trams and trolleybuses, and the Mouettes Genevoises boats link the two banks of the lake within the city. Wikivoyage notes that signs and information are in French.

Living in Geneva for longer
