Nottingham, known as the Queen of the Midlands and for its Robin Hood legend, is a good fit for aparthotels and serviced apartments in Nottingham: it draws both leisure visitors and people in the city for study or work, and an apartment with a kitchen and living space suits stays of a few nights to a few weeks. Wikivoyage notes that the city receives a lot of tourism, mostly because of Robin Hood, Sherwood Forest and Nottingham Castle.

NET's own site lists single, day, group and season tickets and a NETGO! app. Nottingham City Transport and trentbarton run the main bus services, with bus stations at Broadmarsh and Victoria according to Wikivoyage, which says the centre is best explored on foot because many historic streets are pedestrian-friendly.
For a longer stay, Wikipedia notes Nottingham was named England's least car-dependent city by the Campaign for Better Transport, and the park and ride sites and tram network reduce the need for a car.
The city centre has the main shopping streets and an indoor arcade at the Council House, according to Wikivoyage, while West Bridgford and The Park are quieter residential options.
