Serbia.travel gives the tourism organisation's address as Trg oslobođenja 2 and describes the air as beneficial for the lungs, making Sokobanja a choice spa for asthmatics. It also lists a historic Turkish bath, or hammam, with preserved male and female bathing areas, plus wellness treatments such as sauna, jacuzzi and massages. Wikipedia describes the old bath as the only still functioning facility of its kind in eastern Serbia.

Wikipedia says Soko Grad was a medieval city and fortress 2 km east of Sokobanja, declared a Monument of Culture of Great Importance and protected by the Republic of Serbia. It says the only visible remains of the upper town are the gate, walls and three towers. Wikipedia also mentions the Moravica canyon 2 km before the river enters the town, with the fortress remains near it.
Serbia.travel says trips to Ozren, Devica, Rtanj and Bukovik will delight visitors who enjoy mountaineering, with paragliding launch sites on Ozren and Rtanj. Wikipedia lists the Jermenčić Monastery on Ozren and a seasonal waterfall, Ripaljka, on its slopes, which exists only in spring after the snow melts and is usually dry by May.
