Iloilo City is one of the Philippines' main outsourcing hubs outside Metro Manila, and aparthotels and serviced apartments suit the people it draws: project teams and new hires who need a kitchen and a desk for weeks or months, families visiting relatives, and food travellers in no hurry to leave a UNESCO City of Gastronomy. Apartment-style stays give you room to settle in, and the city's malls and markets make self-catering easy.
